Rduch company was founded in 1978 in Godów, by Eng. Jan Rduch. Currently employs 50 specialized employees. The main activity of the company is the production of sound systems and comprehnsive assembly of devices (sound systems) in churches, schools, sports halls, etc.
On the southern edge of Upper Silesia, near the Czech border, there is a small town of Godów, where the Rduch company, founded by Eng. Jan Rduch Known not only in Silesia and all over Poland, but also in many countries around the world, the Rduch company produces sound systems for sacred buildings, schools and sports halls. The manufactured acoustic amplifiers were based on the transistor technique from the very beginning. Satisfactory technical parameters of the sound equipment produced resulted in a gradual increase in orders for the manufactured equipment. In 1985, new workshop rooms were built in Godów and the number of employees was increased. Further expansion of the plant took place in 2001, when the production of sound equipment was moved to the new company building. Continuous modernization and modernization of the produced sound equipment contributed to increasing the production in the country and abroad. Manufactured electro-acoustic devices are dedicated to sounding the interiors of churches, gyms and other rooms and open areas. The company’s specialty is the production of sound systems based on digital signal processing (DSP) technology and solving problems with sounding facilities with difficult acoustic conditions. The acoustics of the space is determined by the architecture – the geometric shape, the way of finishing and the number of people gathered. Speech intelligibility for confined spaces depends on factors such as the technical parameters of the sound system, microphones, acoustic amplifiers and loudspeakers, as well as professional adjustment to the existing acoustic conditions of the room.
